The hotel is near a hospital and seems to cater for people visiting patients in the hospital or staff working there. I was on holidays and had booked the hotel as it was advertised as 'downtown' which I assumed was in the middle of Orlando and within walking distance of shops etc.

Property is very clean and in a location that’s not too close to the busy parts of town, but still close enough to get anywhere quickly! Very spacious and modern. Breakfast was great, and cleaning staff very friendly.

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and facilities, staff were really lovely, in particular Giancarlo on reception who was so great! Breakfast was good, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

My daughter and I stayed one night in order to tour two local colleges. Friendly staff, updated interior, very clean, lots of space, a full kitchen in the studio room, and centrally located.
